How far in advance should I book my airport transfer?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, though we can often accommodate same-day bookings. For peak season (December, March, July–August), book as early as possible.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust their arrival time accordingly. There is no extra charge for flight delays.
How much luggage can I bring?
Standard vehicles accommodate 3 passengers with 3 suitcases. For larger groups or extra luggage, we have vans and minibuses available.
Do you offer child seats?
Yes, child seats and booster seats are available on request at no extra charge. Please specify the age and weight of the child when booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash (EUR, MAD, USD, GBP), credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. Payment on arrival is available.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
All prices are per vehicle, not per person. Up to 3 passengers (standard car) or up to 7 passengers (van) share the same fixed price.
