How do I book an airport transfer with KechGo?
You can book in three ways: (1) via our website booking form, (2) via WhatsApp at +212 675 203 319, or (3) by email at hello@kechgo.com. You'll receive an instant confirmation with your driver's details.
What is the price for a transfer from Marrakech Airport to the Medina?
The fixed price for a private transfer from Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK) to the Medina is €29 per vehicle. This is a fixed rate regardless of how many passengers (up to 3 for a standard car). No extra charges for luggage.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track all flights in real time using live flight data. If your flight is delayed, your driver will automatically adjust their arrival time. There is absolutely no extra charge for flight delays of any duration.
How long will the driver wait if I'm late?
We include 60 minutes of free waiting time after your flight lands — more than enough time for immigration, baggage collection, and customs. After 60 minutes, a small waiting fee may apply.
Are your prices per person or per vehicle?
All prices are per vehicle, not per person. A standard car accommodates up to 3 passengers with luggage for the same fixed price. Larger groups can book a van or minibus.
Do you offer child seats?
Yes. Child seats, infant seats, and booster seats are available at no extra cost. Please specify the age and approximate weight of each child when booking so we can prepare the appropriate seat.
Can I book a return transfer?
Absolutely. We offer discounts for return bookings. Book your outbound and return transfer together and save up to 10%. You can also book an open return and confirm the return date later.
Do you serve routes outside Marrakech?
Yes. We cover all of Morocco. Popular long-distance routes include Marrakech → Essaouira (€120), Marrakech → Casablanca (€180), and Marrakech → Ouarzazate (€150). Multi-day tours are also available.
