KechGo is a private airport transfer service operated by MerzougaWay, based in Marrakech, Morocco. We provide professional, fixed-price transfers between Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK) and destinations throughout Morocco.

When you book or enquire about a transfer, we collect:

• Identity data: Your name (as shown on WhatsApp or email)
• Contact data: Phone number and/or email address
• Travel data: Flight number, arrival/departure time, pickup and drop-off addresses
• Payment data: Payment method preference (we do not store card numbers)

We do not collect sensitive personal data (e.g. health data, political opinions, biometric data).

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to:

• Confirm and fulfil your transfer booking
• Track your flight and coordinate driver dispatch
• Contact you about your booking (confirmation, updates, changes)
• Respond to your enquiries
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data for automated profiling or marketing without your explicit consent.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Under GDPR (where applicable), we process your data on the following bases:

• Contract performance: To deliver the transfer service you booked
• Legitimate interest: Flight tracking and driver coordination
• Legal obligation: Compliance with Moroccan and applicable EU law

5. Data Sharing

We share your data only with:

• Our drivers: Name, pickup details and flight number only
• WhatsApp / Meta: If you contact us via WhatsApp (subject to Meta's Privacy Policy)
• Google Analytics: Anonymised usage data for website improvement

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain booking data for 12 months after your transfer date to handle any follow-up queries. Financial records are retained for 7 years as required by Moroccan commercial law. After these periods, data is securely deleted.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten)
• Object to processing or request restriction
• Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format)

We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. Access to booking records is restricted to authorised personnel only. We do not store payment card data on our systems.

Your data may be processed in countries outside the EU (e.g. Morocco). Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with GDPR Article 46.
